What do you think this would sell for?
Not mine but pretty darn impressive. Worth a look just for the historical significance.

When artwork bubbles around the 100k range, I'm just happy being a bystander. Beautiful vintage pieces. When it comes to some key pages like this, one can never be sure of the final value would be to a collector. At that point, it becomes about how much they want it.
Should these ever go up for sale, all the seller needs is for two people to be interested and he's off to the races. However, if the high bidder is prepared to pay 75k and the second high bidder is only prepared to go 50k, that will certainly have an effect on the final outcome. That is, unless the bidding starts at 75k.
Why the interest, Undie?

No interest. Just stumbled across it, read the comment about the Bryne death of Phoenix page and started to wonder how this matches up to that page

I wonder if you did that you could ask for all splash pages featuring the X-Men. Ha - skirting the rules would put Mr Bryne in a tizzy I bet

I'd try turning it into a Perez style Marvel Vs DC one shot Page one establishes a "Contest of Champions" type deal, then it's splash-apalooza
