Dragon Ball Z: The Movie
Finally. This better be better than the last attempt.
Some info:
Variety recently reported Emmy Rossum, from "The Day Afer Tomorrow" and "Phantom of the Opera" has joined "Dragon Ball Z" based on the Japanese manga by Akira Toriyama's.
Rossum is in the lead female role of Bulma. Her father has been kidnapped by Piccolo.
The film also stars Justin Chatwin in the role of Goku and James Marsters is Piccolo.
James Wong directs.

I saw some pics of the film in production ... & I just have a bad feeling .....
Hopefully it turns out great but i think the material will just get lost in translation
Remember this is hollywood we're talking about

yeah, I saw some of the production photos too, especially the one when Goku is carrying a bag-pack. Why the hell is he back in school?

They are trying to do it like Spider-man and make it like a real world type of possibility, which I think ruins the appeal. I just want to see over the top like taking the anime from animation to live action. I am a huge fan of the show, but I don't think I will like this too much.
