Just heard back from my contact on Maul, XM is now offering $150 refund for those who want to try and fix it, my contact said if the repairs cost more then $150 they would cover the extra costs... They've got a guy in the US who is doing a repair on one of them now, once he does it and figures out the costs and also how to package it, they will let me know...

I'd be more then happy with this solution.... Before people start praising XM, keep in mind they only offered this after vocal customers but kudos for them for doing it..

Should have been blatant common sense. They are not exactly new players in the market. I Guess they prefer to watch and wait for collectors’ response before doing anything unnecessary to increase cost. Not gd business practice at all.

I have 5 xm pre-orders which made me very nervous reading through this horrific mess. This post above calms my nerves and shows that Spec fiction (Todd) is the only place to order XM statues.
