Yep !
Directly from Customer service :
"Live chat will be back online in the near future. It was taken offline while the web maintenance is underway as it was going to keep disconnecting collectors mid chat and that would not have been very good for anyone and would have caused a ton of frustration for collectors."

I was offered the same resolution too. I don’t plan on using it quite yet, but I am happy to finally have some form of resolution.

I finally can access to my account after 3 weeks non-stop SS web page freezing after log-in.
Thanks to Michelle from SS customer service for helping me out.
Solution: She sent me a temporary password, log-in to the account, replace it with your own new password. BANG! Everything back to normal.

Yes. They said the issue would be fixed next week. That was 1 weeks ago. They've got 2 more days
