hope you're right...but as a government employee I can tell you that "taking a long time" is a given for just about everything : )

Well I did sent them a 12 page letter. Depending where this goes, I already drafted a 30 page letter in anticipation if I have to dispute it if my claim doesn't go through.

I can confirm Sideshow is using DHL.
Received something a little over a week ago via DHL, a first from SS.
I was charged HST (13%) a processing fee of $10.50 and a transaction fee of $4.25.
I wasn't charged the 6.5% or tax ontop of shipping like the last one with FedEX.
