The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Very slightly, but since the mask doesn't allow to do that his face is slightly off center when he does that. And that is where the genius of the SSC piece lies. They sculpted it exactly that way. Anyway, I don't mean to fanboy over this I just felt this needed to be said to me the Keaton Batman is the BEST piece SS has produced in the last couple of years.
BTW if Lionore's suggestion would get the greenlight I'd be the happiest person. I love the Art Deco style of the BR Batman suit. Anyway if P1 decides to produce an '89 Batman I will be just as happy. Couple of years ago one could only dream about high end Keaton Batman statues and yet here we are!

I have a Keaton replica cowl with screen lineage and there's no way he could turn his head the way the SSC one does.

Does the turn on the SSC one bother me? Yes
Is it still an impressive piece. Yes
Will the Prime1 version make me forget about mine. Most likely.

I just bought the sideshow version as a general batman statue, not as a keaton statue...

the body is too bulky

the mask is too thick.

skin tone is too dark.

weird head turn

weird codpiece
....

Unfortunately, I already customized the pf, so
I won´t be able to sell it.

Still, I´m really excited for the prime one version,
and most likely I will buy it, if the price is reasonable.

I know we certainly didn't but now I'm happy I didn't pull trigger on AK Batman as I will be getting this one for sure if pose is nicely done which I'm sure P1 will nail it..

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

depends on the pose.. if they choose to make a museum pose i will definitely go with ak.

from my perspective, arkham catwoman is the hottest version of the character.

but i like pfeiffer as an actress and batman returns is one of my favourite movies, so it would be hard to pass on her.
but there´s just not enough room for that many cw.

I'm really looking forward to this! I passed on the SSC version because it just seemed a bit odd to me. Can't wait for this full reveal!

i own it and i can understand you.

unfortunately, i let myself talk into this.

back then, i thought there´s just no other keaton statue out there.

three different people said to me ´is that supposed to be keaton?´

wish i could sell my pf.

I like the movie but not enough to drop some money on a statue of the guy. I think it is just slightly before my time. BUT with that being said, I'm sure this will be an amazing work of art and for those who pick him up, it will be awesome.
