Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I truly agree.

A great Ledger likeness is very hard to tackle, so many attempts has been done, and even Hot Toys keep failin. Only few custom sculpts truly nailed it.

This one has a great likeness, and overall design is fantastic (pose is iconic, base is simple, and good tailoring), and it's in 1/4, so to me, this one is something to keep and become one of my favorite piece.

A couple crappy iPhone shots on my desk...

Great presence. Fit and finish of the clothes is terrific. Probably one of the most iconic poses from the film.

I like it better than some of the other Ledger statues that always seem to be trying too hard.

When i look at that shot, i sense a lack of that Ledger Joker menace, and roughness of face paint. He almost looks bored.
Maybe lighting/camera is to blame, and it looks better in person.. i hope so.

The 1/6th scale figure from InArt appears to be blowing every other Ledger Joker skyhigh.

No, I actually think that?s an astute and fair criticism of this piece?and now that you say that I do think the InArt figure does capture that better.

For me, the eyes on the InArt figure are just too close to together which kills the resemblance. That, and I?m not personally a fan of a posable figure and prefer static statues.

Having said that, I DO have the Batman Pattinson 1:6 InArt figure on order! LOL

I agree that the expression is more muted versus something like JND, but it has a bit better likeness for sure. If this was 1/3 I probably would have kept it though.

Looking at the eye's on the QS Joker, are his eye's on the small side?

Yeah, they might be a bit. Or it could be the super dark makeup is causing the eyes to sorta disappear slightly.

This thing could probably benefit from a repaint to soften the makeup and make it a little more gritty as someone mentioned. Not that I wanna actually do that. LOL
