Someone on SSF posted a pic of their bucephalus and the styro still look cheap and crumbly. yeah also the horse leg broke.

I found the pic and that's really disappointing to see. Despite their willingness to help fix these problems, I don't appreciate being lied to.
I still have the newsletter stating specifically that "all new statues currently in production will be packed in the highest quality of EPE black Styrofoam".
This was supposedly part of the reason for these considerable delays.

I'm getting my Alexander delivered tomorrow ( Friday ) .....wish me luck....
