Tweeterhead seems to hold back until pieces are 12-18 month off. It's nice, but it does build the anticipation for announcements.

I actually prefer the way they are doing things now. I know now when the teaser drops the PO will be soon and the delivery will be within a year.

Me too. I have pieces over a thousand days since I pre ordered still waiting, so keeping it under 500 is welcome.
