To balance the number of characters, maybe consider adding Agent Coulson opposite Fury.

The larger Hawkeye would be a nice change up as he is so rarely showcased IMHO.
I like your suggestion of Coulson being added, perhaps Maria Hill could also be utilized and increase the female quotient.
