I want the Bowen Jean Grey so bad, but I don't collect Bowen statues. I wouldn't mind finding her under $150 somewhere.

Yeah it shouldn't be bad at all. I'd keep my eyes on Ebay as well as Statue Marvels' buy/sell/trade/section. You'd probably get lucky pretty quickly.
It's a great statue. The paint job is phenomenal and the pose/sculpt is dead on IMO.
