I agree about the detail, it's pretty good for something smaller than GI Joe figures.

As for the dinosaur, you could easily buy a plastic or real plant tall enough to get the same effect.

Man, I've been able to look past all the other Jurassic Park collectibles but this is the scene where dinosaurs came to life for me watching the movie in theaters.

I love it! I don't know which one to get. Not too crazy about the trees. I might buy the full display and just not add the trees (if that is a possibility). As for the mediocre people, they will be displayed with their back to me and great for scale. Difficult decision.

I still remember when my jaw hit the ground when I first saw that at the cinemas. The nostalgia factor alone is strong enough to convince me to preorder this piece.

It's almost like I can still feel the wonderment that they felt in the movie seeing that sight for the first time.

It's becoming very difficult to resist Iron Studio's JP...

Better likenesses can be achieved even at this scale. It would most likely raise the price though. It doesn't matter to me because I will be posing this exactly the way it was shown on screen, with their backs toward us.

Ordered. It was a tossup between the diorama and the solo Brach but I went with the diorama because I love the grass and the people for scale. I am wondering if Prime 1 is actually going to make one as well. I really want the 1/15th scale Brach to go with my Prime 1 Rex.

I wouldn't have it displayed that you could see their faces anyway.

I've been trying to quit the statue game, but this is extremely tempting. May have to sell my Breakout Rex (along with another piece or two) to justify it. This is probably the most iconic JP (for me) collectible piece so far, and would display nicely on its own.

Edit: Wait! ... is this supposed to be the same scale as Chronicle's Break-out Rex? If so, I'd have to think twice before selling it (but will have to sell something).
