I wanted it replaced because the paint was flaking. I wasn't expecting them to ask me to destroy it though. I guess they wouldn't be able to resell it and didn't want to pay for the return shipping.
There were tears rolling down my cheeks as I brought down the hammer (not really, but it was depressing).

Yeah, destroying a statue/bust is not exactly a pleasure.

Its a sad moment indeed so far I have destroy a Ken Ex, Reg.Guile ,Spider-Man and a Carnage comiquette But the good thing about this is it depend on how you brake it you can use it to rebuild a custom later

My Blanka replacement arrived this morning. I'm glad to say not only is he free of flaws (or at least of any that bug me), the overall paintjob is a lot better. Far cleaner edges all around. The teeth also look much better, more shiny, smooth and bone coloured, compared to the fleckled white of the previous.

I was playing around with lighting and came up with this. The basket weave is supposed to be reminiscent of his village.

Well, I finally got rid of mine. For too long it'd being sitting on an empty shelf. I was surprised how quickly it sold on the bay. It was only up for an hour. First time I've ever sold a statue at a loss. No helping it, it needed to go.
