Yes it went for alot, but some people like myself consider Arh's Batman to be one of the best Batman statues ever made. This statue being on ebay is very rare, the last one I saw was about 1 year ago. Some of us have been hunting this statue for a while now, and have been able to save for it a little longer. The seller is a forum member to some of the statue forums. It comes down to how bad do you really want something and how deep in your pockets are you willing to dig. Just so happened the winners pockets were deeper than mine. If the winner is a forum member from here "REVEAL YOURSELF AND DIE WITH HONOR"

I emailed the seller and he said this one was a kit not one of the 50 prepaints. That price seems pretty high for the kit version.

Unbelievable!!
I do think this Batman is one of the best ever made.
Rubeng, my 10th year anniversary is coming up and the wife demands a big diamond ring so just maybe you are in luck! 
Keep my email handy. Its going to kill me to sell one of them but then the wife is worth it.
