DANG damaged 1/5 Achilles with Helmet
Well I took the plunge and ordered my first ARH statues. I received them today but one got damaged...I think for the shield it needs more packaging around it and thats why it broke off from the arm. Chip above the left foot too..BUT the sculpt is awesome..love it, just a shame it got damaged..

Anyone dealt with Big Bad Toystore before with returns? am I going to have a headache with them? I emailed them already but have not heard anything yet.

Sucks to hear that. ARH are very good when it comes to customer service, and they will be very helpful in aiding you Im sure.

I would say that other than the frustration for the damage and the extra time waiting for a replacement, you won't have any problems!

Joel from Big Bad Toystore is a GREAT guy, buys directly from us, and will surely take care of your problem!

I'm sure it's just a matter of a few days until you get a replacement.

By the way, This is the first time I see this statue broken. From all the ones I received and opened they were in perfect condition.

Damn those careless carriers!

I see that you are in AUSTRALIA, right?!

Well.... From USA to Australia is a long journey. I can only imagine what this piece went through before it arrived there.

Just bad luck I guess!

They guys from Big Bad got back to me and all sorted out.. Just have to send the damaged one back and they will send me a replacement..Very good service and very prompt responses.. yeah it is a pain this hobby when living is Australia.. Everything cost more and we are far away from everything...
