Just be glad the hand with scroll arrived in tact. That breaks easily

Hi, I'm new here
The staff of my Xiall statue doesn't fit into the intended spot. Is this normal defect? or should I make a claim? anyone has this problem?

No, mine was fine on the two that I received (original and replacement), but that doesn't mean yours can't be defective. In order to get it in correctly I had to pull the bottom part of the staff back, slide her up out of the base, line up the staff in the hole and settle her back down.
Have you tried that?

Close to pulling the trigger on Xiall. Can anyone give me info on how sturdy she is, especially the scroll?

The scroll is solid. It is not as delicate as it looks. Although I am overly cautious with it.

I'm going to lean the other way. It is a great statue, but the scroll scares the crap out of me.

I would get her for sure. She is one of the best pieces in my collection and I have a lot of different pieces from multiple companies.

She might be my gateway back into statue collecting as well. it is shocking how few deals there are for her on the aftermarket. Usually with a piece like this you could save a few dollars on eBay with people dumping in stock products. But those that own her seem to want to keep her.

I admit that's where I went first, plus FB forums. Given her price isn't moving I figured I'd order direct if I'm gonna do it.
