I am a retailer and will continue to sell their product and as a collector I will continue to buy their product for myself. Zero hesitation in dealing with this company. Delays are to be expected but they always come through

That thread was closed because keeping a list of people is pointless be it that your in favor of ARH or not. Even by ARH standards this forum represents a small group of their customers. Let people read the stories both the good and the bad, but list are not important. To be fair mods should close this one too.

Seriously though, this thread is needed here. With a few people speaking out so loudly... and maybe justly... there needs to be a place for people with no ARH experience to come and see the other side of the coin. I'm an ARH supporter but my experiences have not all been good ones. Still I think they are taking some pretty hard hits here and I don't want all the press to be one sides. As you can see from this list, there are a good many people who are still willing to invest in ARH. That needs to be known.

I had good and bad experiences with ARH, but I have had those with other companies as well. So as long as they make what I like and I can trust that they will deliver (as far as I can judge that from a distance) their product I will buy from them.
