I like the base on this piece. Goes well with the background of Carnage, isn't a total space hog and allows for dynamic poses. With or without this base, he would never be displayed to see all angles unless you put a mirror behind him. Or on a rotating platform.
This is one statue that I think would be most suited for a rotating base. There is so much detail on his back and sides that a rotating base would allow all angles to be viewed. Great idea Demona...I think I will procure one just for this guy.

I must say though...he looks great viewed from the front or side already...but would hate to not see all the character.

I actually really like large vases. I think they do a good job if adding done great context. This is really the first time he'd seen a base and thought it was a detractor from the character.

This is what you are saying before painted up correct? I just don't see how any base can detract from a character that is painted up red and black and stands out like a sore thumb against any backdrop or base that is hopefully not painted red and black. Now then...then I can see the base being a huge detractor.

This statue is slightly reminiscent of one of the Hellgate statues done by about a decade ago. Really nicely done at that. I forget the company.

I absolutely love this in every way it's crazy

I can't wait to see this painted and up for PO

My only concern is the higher foot it may be the angel but it looks very thin and looks a little off.

I may be wrong but please XM have a look at it.

Please keep all these amazing XM pieces coming you guys are awesome

Your so dedicated and hard working everything you do is so cool

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

left leg looks off too skinny. i really like the concept base with what seemd to be the symbiote wrapped around it, this base is uninspiring. concept rendering was perfect.

I thought I saw a picture that showed the symbiote goop as a separate piece at the bottom of the base.
