I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Personally, I like the Sideshow version with the better base and removable helmet that shows scarred Anakin. Would really like to see a side by side. Also...how much is the Hot Toys version gonna cost?

im with you Sergiu, there is something that is off. it is a nice figure for sure. but im hoping that they make a 1/4 scale version of ANH Vader, i think they would be able to nail the likeness better if they did. and if they did i would get it.

Well, that settles it... the Sideshow version it is! Just better IMO. I really like that it comes with the Anakin portrait.

The only thing I'm missing out on is the breathing sound effect. I can live with it.

Actually the HT version is much more accurate. I have the original SS version (which is also very inaccurate) but it looks pretty cool and displays well.

What's inaccurate about the SS version?

I was really looking forward to this and now im dissapointed. I couldn't put my finger on why it looked off but now I think I know. the helmet is what really bothers me about the piece. The face is too narrow and the eye lenses are black and not amber. When you look at it straight on you can really tell how narrow the face is . I love hot toys and was really looking forward to this , it's too bad.
