Koto usually tweaks the final product from the concept art. WW's cape was changed from blue with white stars to solid crimson while they switched Flash's stern expression to a smirk.
Personally like a light up lantern & his modern suit but if they choose his classic suit sans lantern i'd still buy it. The drawing's a good find & also gives us a possible concept design for a future ARTFX Green Arrow.
