So none of the base items are being made? No bag, no popcorn, no soda, no power effect, no Wolvie charm? Wow, they really cheapened out on this one. Kind of disappointed. I really liked the artwork.

Yup, they should have added those accessories. It looks like an incomplete statue compared to the recent ones esp. from DC bishoujo line. I have a feeling that the DC bishoujo line is much better than marvel.

I started this bishoujo statue with Wonderwoman (the first one) because of the shield/spear in it's base.. totally worth the price if bases has an additional design.

It's too early to say. Every bishoujo prelim sculpt nowadays is shown with a generic placeholder base. They can still deliver on the concept.

I believe someone from Koto has already confirmed (via Facebook) those items will not be included.

They have to do something with the base though. I don't get why some have nice bases and others plain. Where that decision happens. It's not for the uniformity of the line either like the Street Fighter line (at least so far with that).
