I was going to disassemble mine after I bolted it together to check it but it was that much of a pita to get together I just left it assembled. All you have to really check is that the holes line up for the bolts and the lights work.

I can't seem to get the eyes to light though. I've got a message in to CC but I'm not really worried about it. I'm sure they'll be able to help me figure it out/fix it.
Looks awesome. It matches really well beside the actual segments of the Stargate and Jaffa staff weapon we have.

Might be worth checking inside the head to see if there's a loose wire. I opened mine up to see if I could get rid of a scratch mark on one of the lenses and while I had it open I put some white paper in the eye cavity to see if it would brighten up the eyes a touch when lit. It worked slightly but I'll probably paint the inside white to have a better effect.

If you don't hear from Amy, you can send the head back and we'll get it repaired or replaced.

Interesting idea. If you decide to do this I think many of us would love to see before and after photos of the effect on the eye lighting.

I Cannot wait to get my Anubis and Horus! Hopefully Anubis soon??? I am going to leave them in the box until I get RA.....and then wrap them up in wrapping paper and wait until Christmas.....and then BAM!! Open all 3 at once, it will be amazing, just like when I was 9 and Santa brought me Omega Supreme at Christmas.......EPIC!!!

But what if something happens and you die?
You'll never get to see them.

I would think painting it silver inside would be even better.

I guess a person could try some chrome / colored tape. Then you could remove it if you do not like the resulting effect. I think the lighting looks great on mine as provided, but I would love to see how any modifications look.
