It is.
I think it looks pretty good. He might be the wrong shade of green/aqua/blue but other than that, it's pretty hard to tell otherwise from the size of the image.
I mean I could nitpick and say I'd like rounder arms... but I think you'll find this is just a concept sketch at the moment.
