I quit Tekken when they F'ed up the controls/moves in Tekken 4 - especialy my main man Jin. Whenever they return to the controls/moves how they were in Tekken 3 and Tag I'll join back in but no sooner...

Tekken 6 sure is pretty, but it's no Street Fighter.
Too many moves and input commands to remember with 3D fighters. Virtua Fighter, Tekken, Dead or Alive, Soul Calibur. These games look great, but you have to really spend a lot of time with them and it's difficult to jump from one to the other and remember each characters moves and combos.

It's ok, the blocking feature is pretty useless especially towards characters with cheesey moves.

I played this today & was really disappointed.
Maybe I'm biased towards VF but Tekken just doesn't stack up. VF just feels way more fluid & polished.
Sega really screwed up with not making VF5 playable online on the PS3. Add to the fact that VF5 R has been released in the arcades & Sega still hasn't ported it over to the home consoles.

Tried it at a local game stop this weekend, still not a fan of the series and never was. Just dont like how so much dmg can be taken out in a combo even when the person is knocked down on the ground.
Was watching the finals on evenhubs T6 tournament live stream and the combos would do like 75% damage on a full health bar. Dont get me wrong i like combos, but to beat down a guy then knock them down. Then be able to get like 3-4 more combo hits while they are laying on the ground always got on my nerves with the game.
