Here's my question, and personally, my most heated internal debate:
If you were to pair up a 1/3 Ryu with only ONE of the following 1/3 scale statues inside a museum vitrine display, which one would it be:
1. Akuma
2. Chun-Li
3. Ken
???

Agreed! But here's my dilemma. Chun-Li is incoming. Do I jump the gun and go ahead with Chun-Li, thereby avoiding high e-bay prices later, or sit tight and risk waiting for Ken, which may OR may not be all that great?
Decisions, decisions.. Although Akuma does look great now

Well the akuma and ryu were made to go together so they are probably going to match better than any of the chun li versions.
Can't say yet about Ken until we see what art direction Jerry goes with it but I'm sure he'll look as good as the others.
My plan right now is reg ryu reg akuma evil ryu and shin akuma, and battle ryu with Ken.
Honestly it really comes down to which character you like more if you can only have two. The Ken pre order probably isn't for another six months, then another year or so for delivery so he's a long way out from right now.
Gouken would also be an amazing choice!

I envy those who are collecting multiples of the characters. I'm just going to get the one I like the best of each.
So it'll probably be reg Akuma, battle Ryu, and battle Chun. I kind of like ken's regular look the best so we'll see what I do with that when he shows.
Also I'm wondering how many variations of Cammy we'll get.
