They are still finishing shipping the last of the Vega/Oros.
Im told tomorrow the first Akumas will start to ship.

If theyre already in the next freight, they'll probably ship out by the end of this month. Chinese new year doesn't effect anything shipping out from the U.S. Just anything being prepped outbound from China will be on hold.

If you arent getting a response from CS can you please post in the customer service thread.
That way i can see what our response is and get to the bottom of it.
CS tells me they are all caught up on responding to collectors.

I keep getting emails from Paul regarding my order. Yet I'm fully paid including shipping.
Emailed him again, hopefully everything is okay.

Have you emailed back to let him know ? If not the emails will keep coming.
i will say that so far a lot of people who *thought* they were paid in full were surprised to find they did have outstanding payments due.
They had completely forgotten about certain pre-orders.
