online experience is way better on the 360 and the xclusive are better for now

Right now, 360. Better games, they even look better (check out the special on gamespot).

In about a years time, buy the PS3 (MGS4 should kick everyones ass, even Halo 3's.)

360 has Gears of War, and since Assassins Creed and GTA 4 are coming to 360, it would be my choice for a console.
