The UPSIDE of having stuff sent USPS is everything I've had come in using them has been 5% custom fees.

Saying that with having 20% customs through Fedex you can argue the charges with them and i have got mine down to 5% through hem too.

If it turns out to be 5% tax, I'm happy to wait. I've tried to argue with Fed ex in the past with no luck.

I got charges of £77 on my Quan Chi and i e-mailed them saying the code was wrong and the description was Original Sculptures, about 3-4 weeks later i got an e-mail back saying they needed a link from a website they gave me to what the code was supposed to be, so i e-mailed them back and the next day they reduced the fee's to £26.

I also did the same with my Nash and i haven't even heard back off them yet.

Always worth a try because if you get different people they handle things differently all the time.

Hopefully with it being USPS/Parcelforce you'll be ok.

Has anyone else paid for this (or any other PCS piece) via credit card on their website? If so, when or how does the shipping invoice arrive...do they email it later? Will it show up in my online account?

Mine arrived but also with similar damage to others. The handcuff in the back had one broken off (forunately it's the one all the way behind, not in front). And the comic head had gotten loose and the box and wrecked itself. Otherwise paint job is awesome! Nice colors, shading, great details. It is very well done. I wish the karl urban head was a better likeness but I knew it wasn't going into it.

How is it possible that the heads are getting loose inside the box? This seems bizarre, but should be fixable by PCS...they'll have to open each one and secure the heads before shipping. Let's hope they start doing that.

Yeah it's very strange because the top half of the polystyrene should hold the head in it's spot.

The only thing they can do is open them all up and start taping the pieces down.
