I guess it depends on how off center and the weight distribution. One of the tests I've heard they could do is bake the statue in the oven and observe what it does? Does Sideshow do this? Any others? Or is it really the buyers problem?

Yeah I saw the pictures, guy said it’s really quality. Some pieces are plastic but appear to be out of necessity. I just watched the unboxing video from SS and I really hope there are no leaning issues on this in the future.
