Josh does have a point. Lobo, Zatanna and Cheetah out of his list are truly B list Heroes and Villains to me. However, when it comes to the ladies they definitely have been keeping it team based. Birds of Prey, and Gotham City Sirens have brought all sorts of characters to statue forum that I wouldn't expect people cared about outside of the Comics fans.
There is hope!

Huntress, Cheetah, Lobo etc. etc. not mainstream stuff, even if they were in a game.

I'm saying they know what sells. Sex and current pop.
As for Blue Beetle being mainstream I get you on that one but they know he wouldn't sell anyhow.
Injustice games being a type of media where millions of new people become fans of characters they never knew or even current up to date fans being revigorated.
I don't know man, just my opinion.

No no man that's cool I'm just giving you the counter to that when it comes to the DC Statues, hell you could even go a little bit with that into Marvel, even though it's been a decade. I think they try to do some outside stuff, but they also have to be careful not to get burned on it. You dip into the water too far and you could waste a lot of money on something no one really will buy.

Unfortunately Titans are no longer popular so I doubt they would be big sellers.
I would buy them as long as they are based on Perez-Wolfman run

Cheetah is the arch-enemy for Wonder Woman, so if they are truly going with foils for the Justice League, and creating a Legion of Doom, it makes sense to use Cheetah. But I agree that she is probably still a b-list villain in DC overall.

I think the real question is, how many statue collectors read comics in the 1980s, or any decade really? Because that's who they're catering to.
I'm constantly hearing criticisms of statues that wouldn't be criticisms if people understood the source material; like the complaints regarding the size of the Darkseid PF, or the size of Croc for that matter, and the complaints about his brown pants and human face, as if Sideshow made these choices. There are so many examples of this.
Here's a test: if you think Batman looks silly in light blue and yellow, or that Jim Lee is the most important comic artist, you're a fake nerd.
