I think this is the best of all of the Namor statues. Never thought I'd say that about a Diamond Select piece. And the Steranko Nick Fury is great, too.

Look out for #1. Don't step in #2 either.

How is the scale? Is it larger than Bowen scale? The staff looks kinda cheap in the pics. How is it?

I think this piece has some great things going for it.
But I think they missed the head just a bit.
The ears are a too pronounced and the face lacks the strength of the Buscema cover. But I do think the anatomy is far better than the BD version.
The BD face is really not that good at all. The best thing about the BD Subby is the base. I don't just collect for the bases though.

Question

Can anyone post pics of this statue with some Bowens? I'd like to see a side-by-side shot of it with the Bowen Sub-Mariner, but especially with Doc Strange, the Surfer, or the Hulk.

I've concluded Namor's just a weird looking character no matter who sculpts him.

These statues all look good to me. Bowen's got the best base, Hard Hero's base is also really cool with the whole water effect. The DST Milestones looks the most like Namor from that #1 cover issue.

Looks alright, but I want the Black Costume version from BD.

That's the one I bought. I liked it the most.
