I agree about the trailers. The stories I heard here didn't really make me enthusiastic, but when I saw the trailer I thought it was okay. I'll check it out.

The only thing separating this film from Lost in Space, is a damned idiot kid, and a robot. That, and Mimi Rogers in a tight vinyl costume. Whoa Nelly.
This movie is going to suck harder than a black hole on steroids.

My expectations are suitably low, so it should be entertaining. My prediction is that it will be as enjoyable as Daredevil. Not great, maybe not even good, but worth watching.

When the first trailer came out I was like..."That's the best trailer they could make? Oh oh." I wasnt holding out too much hope...but each subsequent trailer has gotten better.

Nah, it'll still be cool.
I just saw the trailer over at Best Buy on a huge 60" plasma. It looked great!
Sure there'll be some lame scenes, but I'm not sure I'm ready to classify it with the Corman classic or Catwoman yet.

I'm pretty convinced from a comic purist perspective they will say this movie sucked. Personally, I've been ok with most of what Hollywood has done with comic movies (yep, including the leather uniforms in the X-Men movies). I have confidence this will be an entertaining action flick. I enjoyed Daredevil and Elektra so if FF4 is between these and Spiderman/X-Men I'll be very happy.
Now, if they pull a Hulk. I'll be very disappointed.

Have you watched Hulk for a second time on TV? It held up very nicely for home viewing, I thought. DD is my favourite Marvel movie, so I'll be more than happy if FF lives up to that.
