you now actually have to call to upgrade your credit card on the new website. if you do it online it won't take.

In this day and age that is just ridiculous. Never mind the fact that you used to be able to do this (as well as cancel orders) via the old website. Whoever answers the phone over their now for CS had their workload bumped up unnecessarily with this site upgrade... uhrm... I mean, downgrade.

I guess I will email. Not a big fan of calling them and it's not urgent...yet.

This new site sucks big time. I tried to reset my password a couple days ago... it sends me 2 emails to reset. I manage to get it reset somehow and today it is not working again.
I did the forgot your password again on the web site and it tells me I'm getting an email twice.
another 2 emails come my way with 2 different links to reset it.
I use the newer one and what the web site say after I reset it?
2 messages:
Your password reset link has expired.
Your password has been updated.

Since the same exact thing happened yesterday I guess my password won't work for long. At least I'm back in for now.

With the way GG sometimes charges, ships and notifies customers all in a VERY tight window your statement might hold more truth than intended.

Yup password does not work again after I logout. Going to need to reset it every time I use their site.

Well they certainly are fast with email. They tell me I have to call the card in even though It is entered in onto their site. I guess they can't link my order to the card on file. Computahs!

I've gotten shipping notices for items I've had in hand for a few days. Needless to say I was surprised when the box would show up and I had no idea what was inside.
