That'd be nice! But I do think a statue of Rain would be more attractive than Noob.

Depend which costume. The MK 9 Ermac Alternate costume is one of the coolest in the MK history IMO.

Rep's switchout head must be 100% artistic freedom because I have never seen Reptile with a head that looks even close to what PCS is doing

Reptile's head has looked different in pretty much every mk so it's not a big deal to me really=) Here is a close up of his mk9 face.
