Yes it has the glow effects painted on. Not very visible in the photo due the bright lighting

Fantastic! It's hard to remember statues before the "magnetic evolution"...
They look like secure magnets as well.
Is there still a second Evil Ryu print to be included? I noticed it was removed from the listing. What is the size of the prints?
