Whats weird is, I have a friend who looks like Sinestro...not Mark Strong mind you, but Sinestro. Piercing eyes, bulbous head, tall and skinny, and his name is Tom. Anyway, since you now have that important nugget of information, I’ll see myself out

I get how Disney would want to change up the standard formula that’s been used for hero movies. But if a change is needed, why not go darker like they did with “Logan” instead of dumbing it down to middle school level humor like they did with this latest Thor movie?

On the flip side, the over the top comedy approach DID work for Deadpool and Guardians, which were good flicks, and in my view had better comedy writing that worked for those characters.

What do you fellas think?

I loved the battle scenes in the movie and Led Zepplin was perfect. But yeah this movie, Guardians 2, Spider-Man homecoming and Iron man 3 where not as good as their previous movies.

Marvel has gone from making movies I love to rewatch over and over to making movies that I only like to watch the one time. They have become formulaic and uninspired. At least Cap movies give us something more mature and interesting.

I love the Cap movies. Winter Soldier is a spy movie with SuperHeroes.

They can't make IW slapsltck....they just can't. Ugh.

It will have GOTG in the movie, so you know there will be some zany stuff. The Russo brothers are doing it so maybe there won’t be too much?

The Russo's have been really good about balance in their films, I expect nothing less of them.

I liked Ragnarok but my son loved it.

I think that's the point.
