WP, I loved this film. I agree that it was really, really good on all levels.
My one gripe was the very end which I felt was predictable and, typical for horror films, not explained. As the movie was building up to it I kind of predicted it which was a disappointment to me, as was the conceipt of the end itself.
But I was stunned at how good the overall film was!

SPOILER BELOW
I saw the European release of the film and I've heard that the American release has a different ending. It seems that they took out the last 30 seconds and made it that Sarah escaped the cavern. In the European release the additional footage has Sarah waking up back in the cavern which, I think, makes a much better ending, what do you guys think?

I agree and that's the ending that I saw on the DVD.
