Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

Just ordered storm, what a gorgeous piece! I've been out of the 1/6 game for too long. Would it be right to say that this is the best storm at this scale and up to the $1,000 price point?

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I think it depends on taste. I'm not a big fan of this statue. Plenty of people are and that is what matters!

For me, based on the scale and price criteria, Bowen Storm statues are the best. And I mean both the flying cloud AND museum pose. Those are both with Storm in her original costume though. Not sure if that was part of the criteria

Sorry, I didn't mean to mislead. I meant if there were other 1/6 storm statues, under $1,000, that are better than the Koto storm. I know the XM Storm is both 1/4 and over $1,000 shipped in most cases. So I'm talking comparable Storm statues in scale and price.

Ahh OK. I've always like the Bowen Museum Storm Statue in the black outfit.

I have the Koto DRS Storm and it remains one of my favorites of her. I would love to see some other Storm statues in the 1/6 scale but they are few and far between. Diamond Select Toys showed a PVC Storm statue in their Marvel Gallery line but not sure when/if that will be coming out.

It's my favorite Storm statue in the scale.

I'd agree it's the best licensed Storm at this scale.

Are you referring to the render floating around FB in the I-really-gotta-pee pose?
