I just got shipping notice for Kintaro

You are shipping it to my old address! when I specifically stated in my paypal payment to have it shipped to my new address.

You are also shipping it via Fedex when I specifically requested that you ship to me via UPS like you have always done, as UPS provide a cheaper customs bill.

What is the point in even requesting options, when you don't even bother to read.

Can you please change these asap. If this order goes out, you will have cost me an extra £60 and inconvenience of having to chase the actual product.

Hello Rebecca!
The accounting has sent me the refund as a new!!! payment and that in a total. So I lose several hundred dollars. I have to pay again fees and get back on the refund the conversion fees not back.
I ask for an immediate solution?

That i so disappointing!!!

Customers from abroad have to pay fees because your accounting needs to know how to make a refund!!!

Its very clear for me, till I receive my refund I don't pay any invoice

Hello,

With the company under new management, this policy will only apply to the ship dates they have been able to set. They are cracking down on factories and doing their best to hit our estimated timelines. Previously, we had no solid policy regarding full refunds after a delay. Now it's set in stone, but we can't base the new policy on old estimates.

Just like we can't enforce our new 24 hour grace period refund policy on pre-orders made before the new website was up. Those were orders placed before we made this new policy.

Should our new estimates be delayed, we will honor our new policy.

Email me your new address. Please be advised we only ship via FedEx at this time. If you want UPS, you will need to send us a label.
