Metal Gear 4? When?

I don't buy video games much, if at all anymore, but MG 4 will be one I'm looking for. It's probably delayed or incomplete like everything else from Sony!
When does this hit the shelves? and where are any other MG4 item's at?

If we're lucky the game should be out in time for Christmas 07. But some articles I have read lead me to believe it will probably ship early 2008.

By incomplete, I don't have a PS3, so I may not be able to access some of the material built into the game, and as alway's with any game, they talk about what was left out in the final production.
