Well...they listened to our critique/requests on the Thulsa Doom statue regarding his helmet and face....so maybe they will kindly heed the hair & nose comments on this piece as well?

Nose is an easy fix by contouring the sides. (my wife does this with her make up to make her nose look slimmer )
Hair, needed to have a bit more fringe between the eyes, IMO.
Balls, my wife thinks they should be bigger!!

Ha ha. Right, his roles didn't change the size of his nose. But the age, yes. Our nose get bigger as we get older. It's a physiological reality.

Bowie has a pretty wide bridge to his nose. particularly where it transitions into the brow. i think a lot of what people are seeing is the make up he wears in this role. he has two darker contour lines that run down the sides of the bridge that could be a little heavier in the paint.
when submitted to Henson, the response was that this is the best Bowie they had ever seen.

Thanks for chiming in! I think we're just so used to seeing him in heavy makeup.
So what Labyrinth character has CC got you working on now? I promise I won't tell
I hope it's Hoggle. Based on this and your goblin bust, I think you're the guy for the job

I do agree with you that Bowie does indeed have a wide bridge. I just don't agree that the bridge in this sculpt is as close to accurate as I'd like. However, my main concern was not the bridge as much as the tip of the sculpted nose looking bulbous and lacking the shape and definition of Bowie. Again, just my humble opinion and one that in no way negates my belief that this indeed is an amazing Jareth. Still I can't help but look at the nose and see a result that is not due to bad lighting or makeup. It's just slightly off.

I'd say the hair is off more than anything else.
