Horror Bishoujo: Pinhead

The face looks really good and I love what they did with the backside of the Lament Configuration base. Just wish it didn't have toes that Shunya always draws.

Damn. 90 bucks from a Japanese site. 100 buck Bishoujo are damn near here. And that will be it from me if they get there. That means BBTS will be 100+ right out of the gate.

If her paint app is just like that or just as close to that, well I'm in. I know Koto makes some really great paint app but sometime they stop short as to what the prototype looks like.

I look at the piecing going on her body, and it does make me cringe

I think this is one of the best bishoujo yet. Tons of detail, great base and sexy (in a way) but $100 is too much. I’m not sure, but I’d be surprised if these sell out quickly. Amazon might be the way to go. At any rate, the $100 mark really extinguishes my desire to collect all bishoujo. At that point it’s time to start cherry picking and I don’t care about Hellraiser enough to pick this cherry.

Le sigh. I was curious what I'd think about this one. I like the base, but the rest doesn't really strike me. The Sideshow one is closer to my tastes, but the size and price pushes me away.

It's so weird that the only Horror Bishoujo that really grabs me is Tiffany. That said, I'm glad to see people loving this line and sharing their purchases. I'll enjoy these through those posts.

This is a fantastically artistic.
Probably the best Pinhead artistic representation outside of drawn art.

Only thing I don't like is how thick the "nails" or pins are on the face. Probably a production issue.
