Even on their Facebook pages (Damtoys and Phicen), they rarely reply to any posts, or provide updates. The production video Damtoys recently posted of Guldan was great and all, but not sure why they don't actually respond to most questions on their respective sites. I have several of their Warcraft statues on preorder via sideshow, and as expected many of them have now been delayed.

They used to respond to my questions on Facebook. Then when I began making suggestions they quit replying.
