As I was re-reading the thread, I came across a pic posted by built2shred that had Flash posed in a way that I could draw measuring lines. He's about 3.25-inches tall when I measure him on my monitor. Harley Quinn is about 3-inches tall. In actuality, Harley Quinn is 11-inches tall. Taking ratios into account, that makes Flash at least 12-inches tall if he were actually standing up straight (could be taller due to the statue's angle in relation to the camera lens).
