The limited edition red M. Bison is available again.
If you're sitting on the fence I would jump while you still can.

I just used some points. Couldn't say no to $400 shipped.

Well it’s ex or fail for this or P2. The extra heads and psycho hands adds makes it epic. Congrats though.

Definitely. I'm not buying it without the Psycho Power hands...just looks odd to me.

Can't argue with that.

The EX is sold out. Would rather have the reg than not at all.

I want to pair this up with Shadaloo Cammy so no to P2 black.

I'm glad you guys are happy with the EX but to me it's not a must. I'm still not a fan of the way PCS did the psycho power hands, to me it's not an accurate portrayal of Bison's psycho power. It looks like purple water floating off his hands and not psycho "energy".

Hey, can anyone tell me if the Bison statue tends to "bend" over time?
Got recently my Juri statue and was suprised how heavy she is and wondered if Bison's leaning pose could cause Problems.

It could, but only time will tell.

You see people freak out about statues like this bending over time but look at the list of statues that actually bend, none of them are ones people worried about ;p Most statues that might (really it takes a lot when properly done) have measures to make sure they don't so imo they are in general LESS likely to bend over time.

I honestly haven't actually seen a polystone statue start bending because of poor design (some pure resin kits yes, as resin especially lower quality resin or resin that was too old before it was cured, does sag). What I have seen is a lot of statues start bending because the factory cheaped out and did any of the following (or a combination of)

Didn't let them cure properly
Cheaped out on powder
Used even poorer quality resin or older resin then we generally get

Seriously take a look back at all the statues that have some bending in them. From memory XM studios black widow is just standing up with a little bit of leaning back. Reaper General who is also just standing. One of the wolverines (as opposed to the many others, which are fine). PCS Vega who is once again just standing there. PCS Dhalism (the base) the leaning part is the root that is just going up. SS Vampirella which is also just standing up straight.

And the hush batman cape which while heavy there are a ton of other non-fabric cape statues, not really have this issue (or had it this fast). Now that one may be cause it's heavy as I've heard it is very heavy but it's probably just poorly cured :| There is also something to be said for resin to be too thin but again really it doesn't happen.

Look at all your other statues, many of them have parts that are less stable then these but aren't leaning. Like look at the god damn obi wan mythos. ----ing thing was produced with a bit of lean and has a HEAVY ass cape. By all rights even with good support that damn statue should be tipped over to the floor by now but I haven't heard anyone complaining about it.

So in short, it could but if I see anyone look at a statue and say just based off the design "I'm worried about that leaning!" I think it's pretty safe to discount their opinion on it. But it's something you should be afraid of in all pieces and it's not something you can really guess beforehand.

One thing you can proactively do though is drill holes in bases that have small hollow pockets in them so they don't bulge over time. I don't know exactly what does it, expanding air, gases that are released from the resin I have no clue but you can see in a lot of statues that have small hollow areas eventually they develop a bulge. And it's especially noticeable when they have smooth surfaces (like bases) and PCS does it with their bases a lot, I've seen it else where as well (like recently I saw it with a classic thor hammer someone posted).

Additional good tip you can use to filter out people who talk out of their ass is that they worry about battery acid leaking into statues using coin batteries. I have NEVER seen a coin battery that wasn't lithium. Lithium batteries don't leak, pretty much every (yes it's technically feasible that they can, but it's so incredibly rare that most companies like energizer actually guarantee that they won't leak). I've seen comments like "so many of these are going to leak in storage lol" or something, but they are just being stupid :| Alkaline batteries leak because of potassium hydroxide and the buildup of gas as it discharges.

It is also a good idea to put lithium batteries in place of regular alkaline AA or AAA batteries in your statues because of this (also they last longer both in longer self-discharge and amount of charge) but make sure you buy 1.5v (alkaline standard voltage) as standard lithiums are much higher voltage then the alkaline batteries those electrics are rated for. Energizer makes some 1.5v lithium batteries.
