That's a bit unfair to be honest. From what I've seen in this thread, the guys who liked it before the ex reveal still like it and were just waiting on the price.
A few of us were waiting on and hoping for a better portrait and decided once revealed it wasn't enough to push us over the line. It's perfectly reasonable.

I don't want to feel this way about Rogue so I'm sitting on the decision.

Same here. Considering rogue is my favorite x female character sculpted by my favorite sculptor. I'm devastated.... *sigh* Time for me to log out.

Hey, at least it looks like she's flying. Slender Magneto's doing a scissor kick or something and it costs $750. Damn right I'm relieved SS didn't ask more for Rogue.

No way i'm paying that much money for a 1/4 scale Sideshow piece. Ridiculous! Sideshow must got it like that if they can put a price tag that high.... With CA tax and Shipping would be like $820 total. I might as well get a Prime 1 Piece or even an XM statue for that much no way I'm trusting Sideshow with that much money especially after the Thanos piece. Talk about Price Gouging. The jacket isn't even sculpted either. C'mon.

Disappointed - It's a beautiful piece don't get me wrong; but the same exact face sculpt with the 2 hairstyles was a letdown for the price. Maybe if it was $50-$100 bucks less; but over $700 I fully expect display options that change the feel. She should seem angrier in one portrait ..... the ex I actually like. And it's been said; but she should have been on a sentinel piece; this danger room saw is just weak; and I really hope they show us just how she is 'engineered' for $715.......... that is all.... continue scrolling......

Well it looks like the price is surprising many people, in that they were for whatever reason expecting the price to be in excess of $750 to $800 USD. If not even more by certain trolls we all know and love.
Now don't they feel silly, and somewhat relieved?
From now on we should all just wait until Sideshow themselves tell us what a piece will be priced at, rather than stress ourselves and others by posted heavily inflated prices, even beyond what this already expensive piece is being priced at.
If they end up pricing it too much (subjective) we can whine then.
