On a more technical aspect how is the floating illusion achieved? I see one point of connection between magneto's foot and the base. How do you support the entire body with that one point? The connection doesn't look to be at the bottom of the boot either which makes it even more amazing.

I'm guessing: There is a metal rod that goes through one of his legs, possibly up to his torso. I'm guessing this is another reason his cape isn't sculpted. It would be very heavy and probably not easy to support a floating look.
Has Igo posted anything in this thread since his "Magneto looks ok" post? I'm curious if the online reception is the loud vocal minority.

The right ankle/heel looks wonky. Too severe an angle, especially considering a foot in a boot.

I'm not talking about a simple wardrobe change. I'm talking about making him more muscular and cleaning up the obvious flaws in his costume (do you see that ridiculous collar?). Changing him into a classic Mags requires more than a wardrobe change.

So my last words for this thread as i don't want to be negative and ruin this for those who like/love magneto, i rather like the suit, leg musculature and if there is a COH i'm sure it'll look amazing.
