I have ordered A LOT from Kamikaz also. There was a problem I ran into, but they resolved it and I'm very happy with everything. They always responded to my emails too.

Yeah, Stephane was kind enough to offer to get me one quite a while back, but by the time I had my funds sorted out I was too late.... 
It´s a pity really cause I LOVE this piece.....

But he put it back up on 8/30 IIRC. Are they sold out again? Maybe try him again! If not, you are still in good hands with Kamikaz.
