Of course, even with matters such as these: Innocent until proven guilty.
I sent a response asking for direct sources and web links to the article's mentioned.

I'm curious about this too. I wanted to use a credit I have with Chronicle to get the Cryocan, but now I'm feeling cautious. Dealing with Heather has always been a pleasure, and nothing has ever made me feel like Chronicle has been doing anything untoward behind the scenes. As far as I know, they're still selling JP items.
