Out of all the Emma's this one looks closest to the comics, SS Emma looks like some crazy blonde chick..

I just hope XM tones down the fake tan paint.. I get her character would do the whole fake tan stuff in the comics but it wouldn't hurt to reduce it a bit for the statue.

I am not trying to justify, neither I am trying to convince. All I say is it's a crappy photo, shoulders are anatomically correct, and I love the statue. Do what you want with that.

Yes, the tan. Why can't we have a blonde with pale skin.
And there is that glossy effect on her cheek that bothers me.

Yeah, that bothers me too. Especially on the short-haired head on every photo.

Agree. Tone down the tan XM and please lose the gloss on her cheeks. It looks cheap and distracting. Emma is not cheap, nor should anything distract from her beauty.

My .02

I want to PO this so bad but scared the long hair face is going to have the same generic XM female face like Phoenix and Electra. I hate the bob "Jersey" spray tan face and all the posts talking about XM will fix it reminds me of the "they will fix storm base" posts and we know that never happened.

The sculpt and pose are fantastic, which is why I want the statue, but to pay the XM premium for a statue that I hate one of the portraits and the other portrait appears to be the usual generic XM female face is just making me say no to this. If the price point was more in line with SS Emma, which i just hate, price I would be all over this but i guess I'm going to have to pass for now.

Congratulations to those getting her and i hope she turns out good.

Hi fellas!

I have a quick "Lore" question: Does Emma ever wear the X:es on hear suit during her villain days?

I guess what i am asking is: Is this a "Emma villain statue or a Emma X-men statue"

No she does not. That's why I said it's a poor mishmash. The base is Hellfire Club specific as it has the logo on the chair and on the floor, while she's wearing an X-Men costume. The X logo is on there twice too. Pick one era and stick with it.
